(1) Section 12b. If it is found that the patient is brain dead even from the health examination conducted in accordance with sub-section (5) of (2) After declaration of brain death in accordance with sub-section (1), such patient shall be deemed to have died.
(3) Other arrangements regarding declaration of brain death shall be as prescribed.
